Private Money Pal is a software platform that lets real estate investors generate proof of funds (POF) and pre-approval letters on demand for use when making offers on investment properties. The service is provided on a subscription basis with monthly letter limits that vary by plan, as described on our Pricing page.
Important: Private Money Pal provides a document-generation software tool. It is not a lender, the letters are not a commitment to lend, and nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration and verification information. As part of onboarding you may be asked to upload financial documents (such as bank statements, government-issued ID, and asset statements) so that we can verify your liquidity before issuing letters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Square. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal at the then-current price.
Each plan includes a set number of letters per billing period. Unused letters do not roll over.
You may cancel at any time, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by generating letters containing false information, using letters to deceive third parties, reselling the service, or attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All software, content, and branding on the platform are owned by The DESIR Agency LLC or its licensors. Letters generated for your account may be used for your own legitimate real estate transactions.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The DESIR Agency LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The DESIR Agency LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
