• Square — payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI processing used to help generate letter content.
• Our email provider — to deliver account and letter notifications.

Uploaded documents are stored privately and are accessible only to our authorized review team. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated documents by contacting us.
