Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through Private Money Pal, operated by The DESIR Agency LLC.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, email info@privatemoneypal.com from the address on your account, or use our contact form, and we will process your cancellation promptly.

Cancellation stops all future renewal charges.
Your access and remaining monthly letters continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
After that period ends, your plan will not renew and you will not be charged again.

Refund policy

Private Money Pal is a digital service that is made available to you immediately upon payment. Because of this, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused letters.

Instead of refunds, we offer the flexibility to cancel at any time so you are never charged for a future period you do not want. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at info@privatemoneypal.com and we will review your situation. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Returns

Private Money Pal sells digital software subscriptions only. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so there are no returns.
